how the NORMEX team will be providing support during this time.
As a web-based platform, we don’t expect any major interruptions to our service. We
fully appreciate that many of our customers are running critical business processes on NORMEX and we will continue to provide emergency support coverage and resolve any urgent technical issues as quickly as possible. Our team has been fully remote from the start and we will continue to provide support during the same business hours. Please understand if our response time may take longer.
