We’re making strong progress on the next generation of NORMEX, and the first version of NORMEX IQ is nearly complete.
What is NORMEX IQ?
NORMEX IQ is the intelligence layer behind the new NORMEX experience. It is designed to make the platform faster, more interactive, and more proactive, helping food businesses turn operational and quality data into useful insights.
With NORMIE, our integrated AI assistant, users will be able to better identify priorities, spot issues earlier, understand what requires attention, and manage quality and food safety activities more efficiently.
The goal is simple: spend less time searching for information and more time taking action, preventing risk, and improving operations.
There is still work ahead, but the progress is exciting.
